Freeze Dance
The phone plays music and names a dance move. When the music stops, freeze like a statue!
How many players?
Names (optional) Add names so turns are called by name
First names or nicknames, saved only on this phone. Pick a kid’s age so the youngest goes first and quiz cards fit each kid; tick “Adult” for grown-ups: they get harder words to act out and no kids-only topics.
How old is the youngest player?
Cards follow the youngest player.
Freeze Dance for kids: a music game for a family night
Clear a safe space and turn the sound up. The phone names a dance move (like a robot or a chicken) and plays music. When it stops: FREEZE! Anyone who wobbles strikes a funny pose. The next round starts by itself and nobody sits out.
2 players
A grown-up judges and a kid dances; swap after a few rounds. The judge can dance too!
3 players
One judges and two dance. The best statue picks the next dance move.
4 or more players
With 4 or more, everyone dances and a grown-up watches for wobbles. Mind table corners; take socks off on slippery floors.

Questions parents ask
Where does the music come from?
Joynite makes the music on the phone itself, with no internet or copyrighted songs needed. Just turn the sound on.
Do we need to hold or watch the phone?
No. The phone reads aloud and moves on by itself. Turn on hands-free and pick 🌙 Screen dim: the screen goes black but keeps talking, so lay it face down and listen.
Does it cost anything?
No. It's free, with no sign-up and no ads, and your kids' names stay on your phone.
