Joynite VI

Privacy

Joynite is made for families with children. We collect as little as possible.

Player names (first names or nicknames), your settings, your Game Night answers and which cards you have already seen are stored only in this browser on this device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. You can delete them any time in Settings.

No accounts, no chat, no ads and no third-party trackers or fonts. The site works without cookies.

Anonymous usage counts, first-party only: when a visit starts, a game or a game night starts or finishes, or someone shares a link, the site sends a short note to Joynite’s own server (joynite.com), for example "game night finished, 4 players, youngest 8, 20 minutes". The note holds a random code made on this device (so we can count families who come back within 7, 14 or 30 days), the site language and, in broad terms, where the visit came from (search, Facebook, Zalo, a QR code or a shared link). It never holds names, answers or anything you type. We don’t store IP addresses or browser details, and no cookies are used. Notes are kept for at most 400 days and only used to make Joynite better.

You can switch the counting off any time in Settings. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are never counted. “Forget names and card history on this phone” also deletes the random code.

Read-aloud uses your browser’s built-in voice; the text stays on your device as far as your browser allows.
