Red light, green light
One player is the watcher at the finish, everyone else stands at the start line. Tap Start.
How to play
- The watcher stands at the finish with the phone. Everyone else lines up 5–10 steps away.
- Green screen: walk towards the finish (no running). Red screen: freeze like a statue.
- Move on red and you go back to the start. The first to tag the watcher wins and is the next watcher.
Each green light lasts 1.5 to 6 seconds at random, so nobody can guess it, then everyone freezes for 3 to 5 seconds. Anyone who moves on red goes back to the start line; nobody is out. Nothing is saved.
Ideas for using it
- Birthday parties, sleepovers, the park: the phone calls, the watcher only has to spot who moves.
- Rainy day indoors: play in the living room with small steps instead of running.
- In class: a 5-minute warm-up with everyone lined up at the back of the room.
