First names or nicknames, saved only on this phone. Pick a kid’s age so the youngest goes first and quiz cards fit each kid; tick “Adult” for grown-ups: they get harder words to act out and no kids-only topics.

Hum the song game for kids: how to play with 2, 3 or 4+
The hummer secretly sees a song title on the phone and hums only the tune: hmm hmm, la la, no words. Everyone else guesses the title. Don't know the song? Swap it before you start. Theme cards ask for any song about a topic. 45 seconds per turn.
2 players
One hums, the other guesses; then swap. Each player hums three times, about six minutes. Hum the chorus first: it is the part people remember best.
3 players
One player hums and the other two guess together. Everyone hums twice. If nobody gets it, the title is shown, so you can all sing it together.
4 or more players
With 4 or more, everyone guesses at once. Little ones hum first. Theme cards (“hum any song about rain”) are great for mixed ages, because everyone picks a song they know.

Questions parents ask
What age is it for?
Ages 6 and up, grown-ups included. Song cards are well-known children's and family songs; little kids get 60 seconds instead of 45.
What if the hummer doesn't know the song?
Tap “I don't know this one” before starting and a new card comes. After two swaps in a row the game offers a theme card, so anyone can pick a song they know.
Does it show the lyrics?
No. Cards show only the song title or a topic. The fun is in humming the tune.
Is it free?
Yes. It's free, with no sign-up and no ads, and first names stay only on that phone.
